Penghua Fund Management is an asset management company based in Shenzhen (China), established in 1998. With assets worth 144 billion euros as at 31 Dec. 2021, Penghua is one of the main players in the Chinese asset management industry.

The Company offers asset management services to third parties, through funds addressed to retail customers and government pension funds (Social Security Funds), also addressing Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors (QDII) and providing Wealth Management services. Penghua is one of the leading SSF managers in China in terms of assets under management *.

Penghua is owned by Eurizon Capital SGR (49%) and Guosen Securities Co. (50%), a Chinese company that since 1989 has been active in Investment Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management, and Research. The residual 1% shareholding is held by Shenzhen Brillice Investment and Development Co., Ltd.

Deng Zhaoming has been General Manager of the Company since December 2007.
