Mauro Micillo – CEO of Eurizon Capital SGR
Mauro Micillo earned a degree in economics and commerce at the University of Brescia in 1994, and subsequently specialized in currency management and international finance. He started his career with a position at Fineco SIM and later joined IMI Fideuram Asset Management. He then transferred to Fineco Investments SGR, where he served as director of fixed income investments. In 2000, he became chief investment officer (CIO) of Banca Esperia and a member of the board of directors of Duemme Hedge SGR. In 2002, he joined Capitalia Group as a director of the holding company (head of the Group's finance) and as of 2005, he became managing director of the Group's management companies, Capitalia Asset Management SGR, Capitalia Investimenti Alternativi SGR and Capitalia Investment Management S.A. At the end of 2007, he became deputy general manager and chief financial officer of the Banca Popolare di Vicenza Group and a director of BPVi Fondi SGR, BPVi Finance Ireland, Vicenza Life Ltd and di Berica Vita S.p.A. In early 2008, he was appointed a member of the board of directors of ARCA SGR. He has been CEO and general manager of Eurizon Capital SGR since October 2009. He also holds the positions of chairman of Eurizon Capital S.A, Eurizon AI SGR (incorporated in Eurizon Capital SGR in December 2011) and Epsilon SGR. Micillo is also deputy chairman of Allfunds Bank, a joint-venture between Intesa Sanpaolo and Santander specializing in fund distribution. He serves as deputy chairman and a member of the executive committee of Assogestioni, the Italian national association of asset management companies. He has worked as a lecturer at the SDA Bocconi in Milan, teaching several courses on “Portfolio management” and “Asset and liability management”. He has also been a professor at the University of Brescia, teaching a course on “Derivatives and financial hedging” as part of the Finance and Risk Management specialist degree program. Since 2006, he has been a professor at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, where he teaches courses on “asset management” as part of the General Management specialist degree program. He was formerly deputy chairman of 21 Investimenti Partners S.p.A., and a member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on Market Efficiency. |

Fulvio Cornero – Head of Operations
Fulvio began his career in 1974 working for Istituto Bancario San Paolo di Torino. In 1992, he worked in human resources overseeing the placement of senior managers, as well as retail employees, within the banking network. He served as Organization and Control Manager for the Asti Area within the San Paolo Bank. He also worked as the Head of HR for the IT Department and was Head of Human Resources for the Operations Department for the Group Sanpaolo IMI. Fulvio became Head of Operations for Eurizon Capital SGR in January of 2010, after serving as the Head of Human Resources since July of 2009. |

Gaetano Lucio D'Agata – Chief Risk Officer
In 1988 Lucio graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, with a Degree in Economics and Banking. Following his degree he sustained examinations to gain the titles of Certified Public Accountant and Certified Auditor. He started his professional career in 1990 as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. In 1995 and 1996 he worked as a controller in Bracco, primarily operating in reporting and accounting. In 1997 he worked for Alcatel Italia as the Regional Director of Group Audit Services for Southern Europe. In 2000, he joined Mediolanum where he assumed the role of Head of the Group Audit Department, providing auditing services for the companies within the Group. In 2002 he worked for FinecoGroup- a subholding of Capitalia- as Head of the Auditing Department. In 2006 he became Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs and Compliance at Capitalia Asset Management SGR; meanwhile he was nominated member of the Technical Committee, which supported the Piazza Finanziaria Italiana Committee. Prior to joining Eurizon Capital SGR he was the Director of Wealth Management at the Vicenza Bank since May of 2008. Lucio became Chief Risk Officer of Eurizon Capital SGR in January of 2010, with the task of coordinating the activities of Risk Management and Compliance Offices. |

Nicola Doninelli - Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Epsilon SGR
Nicola graduated in Business Administration from University of Brescia in 1995. Afterwards, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Mathematics of Finance from the Columbia University of New York and then a Phd in Mathematics for the Analysis on Financial Markets from Bicocca University of Milan. He began his career in 1996 as analyst at Larix Tecnologie e Ricerca developing financial calculation engines. In 1999 he took part to the startup of Banca Esperia, holding various positions until he became Responsible for Alternative Investments. In 2002, after a brief experience at MPS AM SGR, he became Director Responsible for Investments and Quantitative Finance at Capitalia. From 2004 to 2007 he was Director of Brado Investment Management, a strategic and financial consulting company, as well as Advisor for DISIEF Ricerca Finanziaria. In 2007 he assumed the role of Holding Director with responsibility for the Global Markets Department of Banca Popolare di Vicenza, supervising the activities of Trading, Treasury and Operational ALM of the bank. Nicola has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Epsilon SGR in July 2010. He has been lecturer for various advanced courses at Bicocca University in Milan, and for the School for Phd in Mathematics for Analysis on Financial Market. |

Lino Mainolfi – Head of Internal Audit
Lino obtained his degree in Economics and Business from the University of Naples Federico II. His career started at Price Waterhouse - Financial Services in 1993, where he was promoted to “Senior” in 1995, specialising in the field of Banking and Financial Markets. His earlier career saw him at Banco di Napoli Asset Management SGR S.p.A. which he joined in 1998 as Head of Internal Auditing, a position he held until the time of the company's merger into Sanpaolo Asset Management SGR, now Eurizon Capital SGR, in September 2003. From November 2008 to January 2011 he was Head of Compliance. Prior to this he initially headed the Operational Risk Management Department. In January 2011 he was appointed Head of Internal Audit of Eurizon Capital SGR. He is a Certified Professional Accountant and Auditor. |

Giovanna Marieni – Head of Legal Affairs and Corporate Identity
Giovanna graduated in 1980 with a law degree from the University of Pavia, specializing in Civil Rights Law. She began working for a legal firm and later joined Unione Fiduciaria, where in 1989 she became Deputy Director of legal affairs. In 1990 she worked as the Group Legal Director for Finanza & Futuro, retaining her position even after the company became Deutsche Asset Management Italy. In 2002 Giovanna Marieni joined the San Paolo IMI Group as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs, overseeing all the legal and corporate activities of the companies that belonged to San Paolo Wealth Management, which later changed its name to San Paolo Asset Management and finally Eurizon Capital SGR. Since April 2012 she is Head of Legal Affairs and Corporate Identity. |

Massimo Mazzini – Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Eurizon Capital SA and Head of Hedge Funds and International Development of Eurizon Capital SGR
Massimo graduated with a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Parma. He started his career in Arthur Andersen MBA, where from 1996 to 2001 he specialized in risk-management and asset management. Between 2001 and 2007 he was at Credit Agricole Group as Deputy CIO of CAAM SGR, in charge of managing traditional products and as a member of the International Executive Committee of the Crédit Agricole Alternative Investments Group. Prior to this, in December 2005, he had been CEO and CIO of CAAM AI SGR and CA AIPG SGR, the Crédit Agricole Group's two alternative hedge fund management companies based in Milan. He was CIO of CA AIPG SGR from 2001 to 2005, in charge of developing and managing hedge funds. In 2007 he became member of the international Executive Committee of the Crédit Agricole Alternative Investments Group and he was appointed Deputy CIO of CAAM SGR, in charge of managing traditional products. He joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Group at the end of 2007 as CEO of Eurizon Capital AI SGR (incorporated in Eurizon Capital SGR in December 2011) and he was appointed CIO of the Investment Solutions Division of Eurizon Capital SGR until November 2009, in charge of managing products focused on asset allocation processes, multi-manager funds, and structured/guaranteed funds for retail, private and institutional clients. He was appointed CEO of Epsilon SGR from November 2009 to June 2010. Massimo has been appointed CEO and General Manager of Eurizon Capital SA in August 2010. In September 2011 he became also Head of Hedge Funds and International Development of Eurizon Capital SGR. |

Sabrina Racca – Co-Chief Commercial Officer
Sabrina began her career in Reuters Italy in the Marketing Area, after graduating in 1993 with a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Turin. In 1995 she joined the Sanpaolo IMI group where she was in charge of strategic marketing analyses for the Research Department of Sanpaolo Funds. Between 1996 and 1997 she was one of the leaders of the “Asset Management Project” of the Business Unit Asset Management of the Istituto Bancario Sanpaolo with the aim of developing asset management for the group. In 1999 she was appointed Head of the Product Development Office of Sanpaolo Asset Management (today Eurizon Capital SGR), with the aim of coordinating the activities related to the creation and the launch of Italian funds, managed accounts, Luxembourg based funds and hedge funds. At the beginning of 2007 she became Head of the Retail Distribution Function of Eurizon Capital SGR. She was appointed Head of Commercial Relations with Intesa Sanpaolo in April 2008, with the task of managing the commercial relation with the Bank and of directing the “Eurizon Capital Specialists”, a team dedicated to the support of Intesa Sanpaolo Network for the offer of asset management products. Sabrina is Co-Chief Commercial Officer, in charge of managing the relationship with Intesa Sanpaolo, since November 2010. |

Alessandro Solina – Chief Investment Officer
Alessandro graduated from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with a Degree in Economics. In the period 1992-1996 he was the Italian Fund portfolio manager at Gestifondi. From 1996 to 2001 he served as Head of Italian Equity at Romagest/Gestifondi. From 2001 to 2004 he was Head of Equity for Fineco Asset Management, where he coordinated the Equity Investment Committee and investment decision making, while managing the portfolio of several Equity Funds. He then worked in Capitalia Asset Management as Chief Investment Officer, serving as member of the Alternative Investment and Product Development Committees. In Capitalia he managed a team of over 70 investment professionals, overseeing the quantitative and qualitative screening of external asset managers, as well as the development of innovative investment solutions. In 2009 he was a partner and Chief Investment Officer at Zenit SGR, serving as a member of the Company Board, and heading all of the investment activity for mutual funds, Institutional Accounts, and High Net Worth Individuals. Alessandro joined Eurizon Capital SGR at the beginning of 2010 as Chief Investment Officer. |

Giorgio Ventura – Co-Chief Commercial Officer
Giorgio graduated in 1997 with a degree in Economics and Business from Università La Sapienza in Rome and then specialized in Marketing and Finance at the Monash University of Melbourne. In 2000 he obtained a Master’s degree in Science in Mathematical Trading and Finance from the City University of London. Giorgio began his career in 1997 as analyst of the Treasury Team of Caboto Securities (Intesa Group London) and then became trader for the same function. In 2000, he was at Lehman Brothers International (Europe) in London as senior analyst. As Director since 2003 and as Executive Director since 2005, he assumed the role of Sales in Fixed Derivatives and was in charge of structuring/originating/executing Interest Rate and Credit derivatives solutions for institutional clients in Italy. He joined Eurizon Capital SGR in February 2009 as Head of the team Retail Italy in the Commercial Division. Giorgio is Co-Chief Commercial Officer, in charge of managing the relationship with extra captive distributors, Fund users and Institutional Clients, since November 2010. |
Andrea Vismara – Head of Corporate Services
Andrea graduated in Law in 2003 from the Università degli Studi of Milan and then obtained the lawyer qualification from the Corte di Appello of Milan. He began his career in the lawyer office of Crédit Agricole Asset Management SGR, where he was in charge of corporate and legal affairs and product development. From 2009 Andrea works for Eurizon Capital SGR, where he has held various positions including Head of Corporate Services of Eurizon Capital S.A. in November 2010 he was appointed component of the Supervisory Board of the controlled company Penghua Fund Management. Since April 2012 he is Head of Corporate Services of Eurizon Capital SGR and assistant of the Board of Directors of Eurizon Capital SGR and Epsilon SGR. |
Anna Viviani – Head of Business Planning, Products & Web
Anna graduated in 1989 from Bocconi University with a degree in Business Administration and in 1992 she obtained the CEMS Master (Common European Management Studies). She began her career in 1990 as senior consultant for Andersen Consulting. From 1994 to 1998 she held the position of Head of Finance Organization at Banco Ambrosiano Veneto, while from 1998 to 2000 she was Chief of Staff for the CEO at Caboto Holding Sim. Anna joined Banca Intesa in 2003 where she was appointed Head of Retail Financial Products. From 2006 to 2011 Anna worked for Banca Imi: from 2006 to 2008 she was Head of Business Development, while from 2008 to 2011 she held the position of Head of Retail Hub. Starting from September 2011 Anna is Head of Business Planning, Products and Corporate Identity of Eurizon Capital SGR and since April 2012 she is in charge of Business Planning, Products & Web. She is also member of the Board of Directors of Epsilon SGR and of Euro TLX Sim SpA.
