Eurizon Capital comprises 3 companies that provide asset management services to clients ranging from institutions, intermediaries and individuals:

  • Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A., specialized in asset management, for retail clients (mutual funds and managed accounts) as well as institutional clients, offering a wide range of tailored investment products and services.
  • Eurizon Capital S.A., specialized in managing Luxembourgian mutual funds.
  • Epsilon SGR S.p.A., specialized in mutual fund management, through the use of quantitative methods.

 

Eurizon Capital SGR directly controls and coordinates Eurizon Capital S.A. and Epsilon SGR. It also has a 49% shareholding in Penghua Fund Management, one of the major Chinese players in the asset management industry;


As of March 31, 2012 (Source: Assogestioni), Eurizon Capital ‘s assets under management total € 166 billion, including Italian and Luxembourgian funds and managed accounts.
